TPI Philosophy:

"We don’t believe there is one way to swing a club; we believe there are an infinite number of ways to swing a club. But we do believe that there is one efficient way for everyone to swing a club, and it is based on what they can physically do"

'TPI screening is one of my secret weapons in performance coaching- it helps me identify limitations with my athletes,  that I can fix with unique solutions - We surround our athletes with a team of experts, driven by TPI data, to eliminate guesswork'- Coach Franz

TPI Certified, what does it all mean?

The Titleist Performance Institute uses a holistic approach and innovative technologies to help golfers improve their performance. Utilizing advanced equipment fitting methods, detailed swing analysis, and science-based player conditioning, our mission is to be the world's premier player development center.

TPI experts have spent more than 18 years using more than 100,000 golfers to study one thing – the Body-Swing Connection™. Certification covers TPI's basic 16 physical screens, 12 major swing characteristics and multiple exercise protocols utilizing over 65 exercises. Enables identification of any physical limitations that may be causing a player's swing inefficiencies and master simple solutions to get them back on track.

Physical limitations cause movement inefficiencies that lead to a loss of power, swing speed and inconsistent ball striking. Poor flexibility can be very detrimental to the development of a repeatable swing that utilizes the body's full potential. If a golfer does not have the proper flexibility/mobility to complete the turn, they will often finish the swing with a bad sway to the right, a serious bend of the left arm, or other compensatory movements. Improvement of mobility and stability also helps prevent injury.

Your evaluation and assessment will be an initial 30 minutes of physical screening to assess how your body moves and supports itself in the golf swing. You will also have your swing video analysed. A written report will be emailed to you and a follow up session will  identify the corrective measures/exercise protocols you require, with video exercises viewable from iPhone, Android or Desktop. These exercises will not only allow you to improve your swing, but increases your movement ability across all sports and even with everyday chores!

This screening process is the same for you as it is for players up to and including PGA and LPGA and European Tour players. It is simple and requires no equipment on your part and is invaluable regardless of your age, current fitness level or golf handicap.

Group screenings are also available.

Titleist Performance Institute- The cutting-edge of golf fitness, health, and swing mechanics.

TPI’s Junior 2 course focuses on the development of Juniors from ages 5 to 17 years, with screens and assessments at each age. The information is used to implement the appropriate training protocols based on their development ages, so coaches, trainers and health care practitioners can train the right skills at the right times. The program aligns with all aspects of Golf Canada's Long Term Athletic Development program .

Designed for all rotational athletes, the exercises and routines outlined in ELDOA FOR GOLF are the perfect complement to existing strength, mobility or rehabilitation routines.

ELDOA-  is a method of exercise that "creates space" and improves the function of specific joints while also strengthening the postural muscles that support the spine. ELDOA for Golf targets the body’s fascia and increases the space between specific joints of the spine resulting in a wide range of physiological benefits for an athlete including:
